Ranger fans, over the last four seasons Nordhoff Football has been on a journey from the bottom back to where this program belongs. From fighting through the aftermath of a winless season and low numbers to battling our way back into league title and CIF playoff conversations, your support has been a driving force behind our turnaround.​

In that time, our players have raised the bar in how they work, how they compete, and how they represent Ojai on Friday nights. The record has improved, the scoreboard has changed, and Nordhoff is once again viewed as a small-school powerhouse that nobody takes lightly.​

Just as important, our program has become about more than just wins and losses. In the past four years, 100% of our student‑athletes have left fully eligible, and more than 80% have received scholar athlete awards that require at least a 3.0 GPA. That happens because our kids buy into doing things the right way in the classroom, in the weight room, and in the community every single day.​

We have also worked hard to rebuild the infrastructure around Nordhoff Football. Our booster club has seen growing revenue to better support our athletes, and we have launched our own football parent group, the Ranger Football Parent Association, to help keep academics and character at the center of what we do. The parent–player contract every family signs has helped us align expectations, strengthen relationships, and build a clear standard for what it means to be a Ranger.

Looking ahead to next season, the standard is simple: keep climbing. With experienced returners, young talent coming up, and a staff that believes deeply in this program, we fully expect to build on this year’s success and make an even deeper run in league and the CIF playoffs. The work has already started in the off‑season, and the vision is to honor Nordhoff’s proud history by writing the next great chapter of Rangers Football.​
