Although we fell short of our opening night goal I felt we had a lot of good things come from the game. We started the game with two starters out with bad illnesses and two others with bad injuries. We suited 21 players Friday night! That did not detour your RANGERS from this fight!
First and foremost our team leader and captain Scott Barron summed it up after the game, “we played for each other boys, that was a awesome game, we played as a family and that’s what it’s going to take, Family”. I couldn’t be more proud of Scott for not only saying it, but it meant something about the effort that was given on the field. Also want to thank the fans that supported us, thank you!
This year will define our program in two ways, first we will RESPECT our program and that has already been shown. Secondly we will play with PRIDE, so far that has also been proven to. This week we face Beverly Hill High School, a prototypical Wing-T team. We’re looking to run the ball, and refine the mistakes we made last week. With some small tweaks I think we can get on track with the run game. Game time is 4 and 7 PM at Beverly Hills High School 241 Moreno Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90212
